Last month we celebrated the 50th Anniversary of the Apollo 11 Moon Landing (July 20th) with our largest sale yet! But, with a moment so special you may want to celebrate every day.
Master Replicas has created a 3D printed memento of this “small step for man.” Master Replicas has chosen to 3D-print Buzz Aldrin’s boot print on the moon’s surface here in the USA, carefully crafted out of resin and measuring 17x11 inches. The highly detailed model was created using a technique called stereoscopic imaging.
The company has received more than 400 preorders, but don’t worry, they will not be limiting the production quantity; so everyone can have a piece of moon-landing history.
The replica is available on their site, named “One Small Step” and can be purchased for $195.
